Trophy Desires Returns & Refunds Policy

At Trophy Desires, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item has a major problem, is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.  

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

To request a return, please email trophyydesires@gmail.com.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at trophyydesires@gmail.com with your order details and photos.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. A business cannot remove these rights through store policies.  

Sale Items

Sale items are still covered under Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. Businesses cannot refuse a legal remedy just because an item was on sale.  

For change of mind returns, sale items may not be eligible unless approved by Trophy Desires.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept change of mind returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items marked final sale, unless faulty
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered after delivery

Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Trophy Desires will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us at trophyydesires@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
